Directions to the Train Show

High Wheeler 2011 is held in the Wellness & Sports Complex, building M, of
Harper College, 1200 West Algonquin Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
Show hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday & Sunday.

From the North: Take available routes to IL route 53 southbound. Proceed to the Algonquin Road Route 62 exit. (Note you must be in the right hand "local lanes" of Route 53 to get to the exit.) Turn right off the exit ramp at Algonquin Road and proceed approximately 2 & 1/4 miles west on Algonquin Road. Turn right at the Harper College complex stop light. Proceed straight ahead to the first stop sign and turn left, then make an immediate right into the parking lot for the Wellness & Sports Complex, building M. Enter Building M immediately north of the parking lot. Follow the show signs in the building to the show's location.

From the South: Take available routes to IL Route 53 northbound. Proceed to the Algonquin Road Route 62 exit. (Note you must be in the right hand "local lanes" of route 53 to get to the exit.) Turn right off the exit ramp at Algonquin Road and proceed approximately 2 & 3/4 miles west on Algonquin Road. Turn right at the Harper College complex stop light. Proceed straight ahead to the first stop sign and turn left, then make an immediate right into the parking lot for the Wellness & Sports Complex, building M. Enter Building M immediately north of the parking lot. Follow the show signs in the building to the show's location.

From the East: Take convenient routes to IL Route 53. Follow the directions above either from the north or south depending on where you connect with Route 53.

From the West: Take convenient routes to IL Route 53. Follow the directions above either from the north or south depending on where you connect with Route 53. Roselle road can be an alternative to route 53 if you live close and west of Harper College. The college is at the north east corner of Algonquin and Roselle roads. Enter the campus 1/3 mile east of the intersection off Algonquin Road and follow the local directions above.
